At Spraytan.com, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right,
our returns process is simple and transparent. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
Eligibility
- Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Refund & Store Credit Options
- Choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
- All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refundable amount.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened, used, or partially used products.
- Products without original packaging, tamper seals removed, or missing components.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaway items (as marked on the product page/invoice).
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
How to Start a Return
- 1Locate your order number (found in your confirmation email or account order history).
- 2Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting Customer Support:

- 3Pack the unopened item securely in the original packaging. Include your RMA and order number.
- 4Ship the return to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend a trackable service.
Processing Times
- Once received and inspected, returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your store credit or refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) is issued.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the
packaging and product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To ensure availability and faster service, we currently handle exchanges by processing a return (per the policy above)
and then asking you to place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise specified by Customer Support for damaged/incorrect items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Spraytan.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; please use a trackable, insured service.
Additional Notes
- Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
- Spraytan.com reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
- Policy applies to retail purchases made directly on Spraytan.com. For wholesale or distributor orders, please refer to your agreement.
